ORGANICAL PHASE
The prominent work in this phase is "Universo Iluminado" ('Illuminated Universe'), a sculpture-like panel. The background in blue, and vertical, represents the sky (the weather as the yang element, masculine), the brick-red horizontal plan is the earth (the space as the ying element, feminine). From the combination of both, the matter and the anti-matter, comes out a beam of luminous rays, represented by coloured tubes symbolizing rebirth and light.

- 'Holomovement' (a term borrowed from the physicist David Bohm) represents the movement of the 'whole' (Holos - total, complete) and is a process which ends up envolving creator, creation and the creature at the level of cosmic consciousness, where all is interrelated. This is better characterized by the contracting and unfolding movement of organic matter. Tree trunks, walnut shells, river bends, the grooves in rocks, and the silhouettes of bodies reproduce, as parallel forms, the folds on the brain, arteries, veins, etc...

Thus 'Holomovement' is defined as the point of union between matter and consciousness.
I researched the theories of W. Reich, Jung, A.
Lowen, Krishnamurti, F. Kapra, D. Bohm on Holomovement to analyse the works of
Dali, Klee, Kandinsky and Picasso, as well as for my own work. Lecture given on
the subject at the II International Holistic Conference (1991) - Belo Horizonte.
It has been turned into a book, "Holomovimento: Espelho d'Alma", and it was publicated
in 2001.
